And I just have to say: I’m still deeply committed to this book—and I really want to make it more visible and accessible to more readers out there in the world.
The novel is available in four different formats:
📘 e-book
🎧 audiobook
📖 paperback
📚 and hardcover
I’ve recently done an experiment: I’ve combined the audiobook with a video recording of the manuscript—that is, the text in the book—which is shown on the screen at the same time as you hear the reading.
This is a particularly effective way to get to know the book—especially for those who don’t read English completely fluently but who could still have really enjoyed the story. And that also applies to many English-speaking readers who, quite simply, don’t have time to read as much as they would like.
With this combination, you can listen to the book—chapter by chapter—while the text follows on the screen.
🎬 It gives an extra dimension.
🧠 It supports understanding.
📚 And it gives you an insight into the book without having to buy it first.
So — in the videos to come, I will share more such excerpts from The Man Who Stopped Aging and tell a little about what I was thinking when I wrote the various scenes.
If you want to join in further:
Feel free to subscribe to the channel.
Leave a comment if something resonates with you.
And feel free to share the video with someone you think might have liked the book.
Thank you for listening.
We’ll talk again soon.
