Here to support you so you don't feel like no one sees your work. And just like someone else said, it may take a while for you to see results because it honestly, never happens overnight.

Keep going. You've got this

I read your intro to the book -- it sounds fascinating. And I have been thinking a lot about it too. I think you will get a lot of attention with this topic.

Hi Oivind: I have read some of your writing, and it is very good, very thoughtful, and you offer a lot. The problem is not your writing; it's that there are so many other writers out there and so much depends how compelling the topic is to people.

For example, I read a lot of political pundits who speak about what's happening in the moment or recent moments, or news commentary about what's happening. And there are numerous pundits out there doing this. I don't have time to read them all or focus on them. I get way too many newsletters already. Some I have paid for and usually don't get a chance to read.

Deni, kind of sold us a "bill of goods" as they say, offering support but delivering very little.

Thanks for responding. I clearly see that it’s just as you say: far too many writers publish far too much, too often—and I’m one of them. It’s almost impossible to keep up with and even skim all the interesting things that are published every day; that’s the main problem. As for me, I’ve more or less given up trying to read everything I feel I should read, but things are a bit better now that I’m publishing fewer texts.

At the moment, I’m working on a large novel, THE ALGORITHM GENERATION, which I’m publishing chapter by chapter on Substack, and later as a book on Amazon.com..

Oivind, you’re not alone in feeling this. A lot of thoughtful writing disappears quietly online before it finds the right readers. Keep going, sometimes the audience arrives later than expected.

At least you are always here. I appreciate it!
